ABOUT HER WORK:
The spiritual process of creativity, so vital for Maruchi as an artist, is conveyed
to us, by her approach to capture life as she sees it. Her works relate a profound search to
express her inner feelings to the viewer. Her abstract mixed media paintings, at times, exude tranquility and balance
through the colors of her palette, while at other times, her works reflects dissonance she finds in the contemporary world
by adding figures and faces to the composition. Also, they seem to emit a message for everyone to decipher. Oils,
acrylics and recycled materials intermingle in her work for color, form and texture.
